These terms govern your use of EazyAITools (“the Service”). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the Service.

1. The Service

EazyAITools provides free, browser-based utilities and AI-powered tools for tasks like image conversion, PDF editing, QR generation, calculations, and text processing. We may add, modify, or remove tools at any time without notice.

2. Permitted use

You may use the Service for personal and commercial purposes, free of charge, without creating an account. You retain ownership of files you process and outputs you generate. You're responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload or generate.

3. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to process content that is illegal, infringing, abusive, defamatory, or sexually explicit involving minors;
• Attempt to overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer our infrastructure or AI endpoints;
• Use automated systems to abuse rate limits or evade quotas on AI features;
• Resell or repackage our tools as your own product without permission;
• Use generated content to deceive, defraud, impersonate, or harm others.

We may rate-limit, block, or terminate access for any IP that violates these rules.

4. AI-generated outputs

AI features produce outputs based on the input you provide. Results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, especially for any decision with legal, financial, medical or safety consequences. You assume all risk for how you use generated content.

5. Intellectual property

The Service — including its design, code, written guides, and the EazyAITools name and logo — is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, mirror, or republish our written content without permission. Third-party trademarks mentioned on the site (e.g. tool comparison brands) belong to their respective owners.

6. Third-party services

The Service may link to or embed third-party services (such as analytics or advertising). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those services. Their use is governed by their own terms.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ACCURATE, OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EAZYAITOOLS AND ITS CONTRIBUTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR FILES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
