About EazyAITools
EazyAITools is an independent project that builds free, browser-based AI tools and everyday online utilities — image compressors, PDF editors, QR generators, calculators, AI writing helpers and more. We started it because the existing "free" tools were anything but: daily quotas, signup walls, watermarks, blurry exports, and surprise paywalls at the download button.
What we believe
Most file conversions, image edits, and quick calculations should not require an account, a credit card, or a 30-second wait. They are short, self-contained tasks. The web is the right platform for them — instant, cross-platform, no installer. So we build the tools the way we'd want to use them: open the page, do the thing, leave. No dark patterns.
How the tools work
The majority of our utilities run entirely in your browser. When you compress an image, rotate a PDF, or generate a QR code, the file is processed by JavaScript on your own device — it never reaches our servers. That keeps things fast, private, and free for us to host. A small number of AI features (background removal, photo enhancement, AI text detection, paraphrasing, translation) genuinely need a model to run, so those route through a metered AI gateway at our cost.
Ownership & independence
EazyAITools is wholly owned and operated by its founding team. We have no outside investors, no parent company, and no editorial relationship with any of the tools we review. We are not affiliated with Google, Adobe, OpenAI, Anthropic, Canva, Grammarly, Notion or any of the brands listed on our comparison pages — those names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only for descriptive comparison.
Editorial standards
- Human review: every guide, comparison, and tool description is written or reviewed by a named human editor before publish.
- Hands-on testing: before publishing any comparison we run the same real-world inputs through every tool we compare (sample images, multi-page PDFs, paragraphs of text) so claims about quality, speed, and output are first-hand.
- AI-assisted, human-edited: we sometimes use AI to draft outlines or first passes. Every published sentence is read, fact-checked, and edited by a human. We never publish unedited AI output.
- Honest limitations: if a tool struggles with certain files, edge cases, or compared favorably to a competitor for specific tasks, we say so.
- No pay-to-rank: we do not accept payment to feature, rank, or recommend any third-party product. Affiliate links, when used, are disclosed and do not change the ranking on comparison pages.
- Sourcing: claims about competitor pricing or feature availability link to the competitor's official page or documentation.
Corrections policy
We correct factual errors as quickly as we can verify them. If you spot one — a wrong price, a missing feature, an out-of-date competitor claim — email editorial@eazyaitools.com with a link and a source. Significant corrections (anything that changes a verdict or recommendation) are noted in an update log at the bottom of the affected page along with the date of the change.
How we make money
The site is free. We cover hosting and AI inference costs through modest display advertising and, occasionally, affiliate links on comparison articles where the linked product is one we would recommend anyway. Ads and affiliate links never influence which tools we build or how we rank competitors. See our disclaimer for the full rundown.
